On Tuesday, December 24th, Christmas Eve, Back Forty West is hosting a Chinese banquet in honor of the holiday. Back in the day, every business closed up on Christmas Eve so Jews not wanting to cook would eat out in Chinese restaurants. Things sure have changed but in honor of that we are serving a family style banquet comprised of classic Chinese dishes developed by Peter Hoffman and Shanna Pacifico and capping off the meal with the best in Jewish desserts by pastry chef Jennifer Cobb. This is a festive non-denominational dinner, intended for everyone celebrating the holiday, the end of the shopping season and for anyone who is just looking for a fun night of delicious food. Festive drinks round out the event- Champagne by the glass, Pomegranate Mai Tais and fresh Yuzu Hemingways. $65 (Excludes beverage, tax, gratuity, and PayPal admin fee; $86 total) Tickets can be purchased below.
