New Years Eve at Back Forty Celebrates Traditional Beefsteak Feast
An old New York tradition, Beefsteaks. were originally organized as political patronage dinners and for fraternal organizations. The Beefsteak was a boisterous meat fest with large communal tables and folks mostly dining without utensils. Our modernized menu drops the bacon wrapped kidneys but holds onto the platters of sanguine sliced beef top round,….. Worchestershire dipping sauce, Bearnaise sauce and crispy smashed potatoes and of course the camaraderie of the evening. Knives and forks will also be on hand. Finish off the meal and finish off the year with Bourbon caramel dipped doughnuts and a shot of George Dickel. Parties of six and more will be offered a free pitcher of Smutty Nose Winter Ale. Seatings from 9:30 PM – 10:30 PM – $65 (Excludes tax, gratuity, and PayPal admin fee; $86.70 total). Purchase tickets below.
