Learn sausage making techniques and recipes on Saturday afternoon January 19th, 2013 with Chef Michael Laarhoven. Lamb merguez, chicken bratwurst and Pete’s botifarra will all be demonstrated and tasted. Class concludes with a cocktail and sausage snacks at the bar and a take home bag for the person who bought the gift. The class costs $80 with tickets available below.  We’ll send a gift card to the buyer to pass along. The cost of a ticket is $80 plus tax and paypal admin fee. The total cost of a ticket is $90.15
