What was Savoy?

Savoy was Peter Hoffman's first restaurant iteration at Prince and Cosby Street in Soho. In 2011 he closed Savoy and opened Back Forty in its place.

In Hoffman's own words: "Savoy was an art project first. I don't mean in the way of a high level of pretension, but art is about personal expression."
